“We had the most incredible night at the Palm Brasserie tonight. We staff knew it was our anniversary and made such an effort to make it very special. The menu was vast, with lots of different options to cater for everyone. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Make sure to leave room for the deserts! The cocktails were fantastic too! However, the main part that stood out for us was the manager. We haven’t received service like this for a very, very long time. He made our anniversary and could not do enough for us. We are so pleased that we only live 10 minutes away as we will definitely be coming here again and again. The room for larger parties also looks great! “We met Mannie when she had one of her charcuterie bars at Basing House Wedding Fayre. We really liked this idea and decided to book her for after our wedding as an alternative to the traditional canapés whilst the photos were taking place. Mannie liased with us on what we would like and we chose a mixture of sweet and savoury. On the day she themed the cart to our wedding theme of Christmas and even popped a couple of filled up cones to one side to make sure, as the bride and groom, we got one. We had some lovely comments from people on the day several who went back for seconds. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Mannicitas Catering and the brilliant charcuterie bars for anyone looking for something different to the usual canapés.
