Not all solicitors are the same !We were over the moon what Emily did for us regarding the sale of our property what we thought would be a straight forward sale became alot more problematic she was fantastic at sorting all the issues that happened, I would not hesitate to recommend the company the service and the price were fantastic

A great service, the solicitors I have dealt with at this firm are very Curious, appointment are kept on time. They seem to be able to book you in at short notice if an appointment is very urgent.

Untrustworthy, lazy and arrogant. Unfortunately my family chose to use this firm to deal with my Grandma's will, it has been over 18 months and they still haven't completed what they have been employed to do. At every step of the process I have personally had to "prompt" this firm to do something. Without the intervention of asking what they were doing at anytime, nothing got done. At one point while waiting 7 weeks with no news or updates from them, I enquired what they were doing, they told me via email that they were preparing the paper work for probate. One week ago in a passing conversation with a member of staff they casually informed me that this firm had not done the probate. She said probate had been done by a different firm before this firm was employed, which means they have blatantly lied to me. This is just one of the many problems we've had over the last 18 months. Also, with the experience I have received from this firm I really wonder about the other reviews this firm has received on Google, they appear to me to be employees?
