My mom passed away and I called them to give them all the details needed and I've be left,also emailed approx 10 times got nothing,they sent me court 6 times n judge denied them making me homless due to the fact I've done everything they asked,I've slit my wrist to the point the police and ambulance had to come out,my mental health is at the end..I'm writing this as proof for when I actually decide to take it that step further and unable to call emergency services..

Terrible company, divorced from my wife for over 8 years and they still refuse to remove my name. Solicitor has also contacted them with no joy. They will not even speak with you And when you do speak with someone they say - we are just a service company.. absolutely terrible service and company avoid at all cost if you know whatβs good for you.

This company are absolutely horrendous and I'd seriously think about having anything to do with them . I received a letter from them a month ago about arrears of 192. I promptly emailed No response. I emailed no less than 5 times throughout this month with zero response. Today I received letter about arrears stating I've made no attempt to contact! Further,they have called me numerous times apparently. Well that's odd as I have nothing on my call history To add insult to injury due to my lack of response...they have added nearly two thousand pounds to my 192 pounds arrears. Does that sound fair or reasonable I am writing this review prior to seeking advice from financial services as I'm sickened. I already have mental health problems and this about tips me over edge Disgusting company.

15 years gone 10 years more to go Only problem was in first couple of years, as I was getting hit with a lot of Β£70 charges. Getting on top of it now. Staff been very helpful. ( Am I able to claim the heavy charges back to my account )

Been with this company 17 plus years. Cannot fault them, if I'm late a month they are fine, let me spread the payment over 3 months.. had a payment holiday during covid, easiest thing in the world. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Been absolutely faultless for years

Absolute appalling customer service, advised to send a letter by email to the email they gave me, then after waiting 4 weeks for a response, turn around and say they don't accept changes by emails, it has to be in the post, WHY? what is the difference?, they don't even respond to their messages, very poor service indeed

Have to say I agree with all that is said. I had a letter confirming a change in interest rate - reduction - yet my mortgage payment was going up - phoned to see why - first of all was told it was due to when I paid in the month - hasn't changed in months - then it was a combination of all sorts of other things but still no plausible explanation. There are some nice people work for them who must get very jaded with their practices but other than that I cannot recommend at all and the link to Lehman Brothers does definitely say it all. I joined this company after being with another poor mortgage company only to find that they are now both part of the same overall company!
