   I have been using Janusz at J Finance since buying my first home in 2013 and he's been my financial advisor ever since. He is so incredibly efficient and helpful, I have recommended him to all of my family and friends, and he has helped them with mortgage enquiries too over the years. Sam in the office is also the loveliest, friendliest and most helpful lady. Between them, they have made my most recent mortgage application so simple and easy. I won't hesitate to use their services again. 10 stars!

   We have been a returning customer to J finance as they make the process extremely easy and take the pressure of us. Our remortgage was s simple as having a meeting with your adviser to understand our choices, update online details, and complete the little bits of online legal paperwork. For someone who has a busy life, they made the process extremely efficient. Even as far as updating us on a better deal weeks before we were due to transfer with no effort from us needed other than to save us money. I put my confidence in them and we will be back!

   It’s a tumultuous time for remortgaging, and Rowan - J Finance MD - was incredibly well informed, calm, helpful and proficient. We’ve been able to arrange a new deal in a matter of days with his help. Beyond the nuts and bolts of the specific deal - he was patient enough to speak at length about the nature of mortgages and financing that has improved my knowledge of an otherwise dark art. The aftercare and secretariat team have been equally kind and efficient I could not recommend Rowan highly enough, and have passed J Finance’s details onto a friend already!

His level of customer service has been outstanding, and he’s gone above and beyond, dealing with all the stresses involved in securing a mortgage.    Absolute perfect service from J Finance. Rowan guided me through a re-mortgage application and secured me a fantastic deal with a fixed rate I was more than happy with. The whole process was explained in terms I understood and I felt comfortable the whole way through. Claudine arranged life cover in conjunction with this and was happy to spend a lot of time going through all the options available. There was no hard sell, and she allowed me to make a choice based on my circumstances. Overall, a fantastic team with the client interests at heart.    The experience my partner and I have had with J Finance from the initial consultation, all the way up to receiving a mortgage offer from the lender, has been nothing short of amazing! Jonathan would always make time to talk to us and would always answer any questions we had. He was prompt with his responses and would always include all the relevant information in his emails and phone calls. Once the application process had begun, we predominantly dealt with Sam, the administration manager, who was equally as efficient, helpful and professional throughout. We are both happy to highly recommend J Finance as a mortgage broker due to them making the whole process extremely smooth and stress-free.

As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect but Rowan explained everything to us and was very reassuring. He was always quick to respond to queries.
