   Michelle Kent assisted us on our mortgage application and was absolutely fantastic - incredibly help and nice. Michelle was extremely responsive and has a great understanding of the process and the market. It is the best customer service I have ever received - Darren helped us buy our first home and he was patient, understanding, and so knowledgable at every stage of the process. He explained everything fully and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. He worked tirelessly to get us over the line and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal.
