   We were recommended Josh as our Mortgage Advisor by family, and it made the journey of buying our first house so much easier! Although we were both first-time buyers, a mix of employed and self-employed job roles had made it really difficult to navigate the mortgage market on our own.    As a first-time buyer, I was a bit hesitant when Josh was recommended by my developer, however I really didn't need to worry at all. Josh was fantastic from start to finish and really took the time to get to know me, my financial situation and requirements. The whole mortgage process was made so much simpler and Josh was always on hand by phone or text to go through anything I didn't understand. Josh and his team are extremely diligent and hard-working and really go above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible, while ensuring you're in the know with everything that's going on. I cannot recommend Josh and his team highly enough and I'll certainly be going back to him when my mortgage fix ends!
