Good size pet store. Caters for a variety of pets. They also have a weighing machine so great to take your dog in and check their wait, if booking a appointment at the vets is a bit harder. The staff are always attentive and helpful. Always welcoming, always their to give a hand with anything. I think the selection of dog training treats could be improved just slightly. The longer lasting chews are brilliant, offering good quality options. However the training treats, some of the brands that are sold, aren't as good quality (but this is common for many pet stores).
Staff seemed very grumpy and reluctant to engage or answer questions. A frustrating shopping experience only worth going for the 15% discount.
Popped in with my daughter as she wanted to see the birds there. Staff were nice enough and there is a lot sold there and at a good price. There is plenty of parking which is great.
