Bought an electrical heating pad for my elderly cat some years ago. Great quality item still going strong for the next cat, keeping her warm during cold spells and especially overnight. Highly recommend this brand.
5* Service and Products! Great communication and fast dispatch! Actual welping box (36") arrived a bit misshaped but after reading the instructions it quickly became clear that by pushing on opposite corners it takes shape again and goes nice and square!
What an unprofessional and immature company I had the displeasure of having to deal with hope they will get there customer service in order otherwise avoid similar better quality products are available at other online retailers. I felt I needed to reply to petnaps response s it is not the truth I have also placed a review on trustpilot. I had to send all emails and correspondence to trustpilot as petnap wanted the review removed saying it didn't happen i proved that petnap behaved imaturely and cancelled all my orders and acted the way they did so my review is active and live i also contacted amazon who also confirmed the orders I made had been cancelled a i will explain the truth initially i ordered through petnaps website and then cancelled as they had placed extra charges on the invoice for using PayPal so told them I would look elsewhere fortunately as it turned out petnap are the only company that make this thin flimsy whelping box that a breeder in Scotland had bought that I had seen whilst visiting them which is how I knew about petnap at the time i thought it will do for now and ordered it through amazon 3 times as my order kept being cancelled i then contacted petnap asking why my orders were being cancelled who responded saying i thought you were going to buy it elsewhere i explained the situation about charges they blamed on PayPal they didn't reply i then tried to order under the name of my neighbour Michael to which this was also cancelled by petnap a very dissapointing experience i would not recommend petnap although the other company Warwick whelping I bought from do charge a little more it is far superior in quality and will last years.
This is my first purchase from Petnap, and definitely will not be the last. I’m impressed with the quality of their heavy duty pen, and whelping kit. A great deal. Thanks again for the fast delivery

Purchased two Electric Petnap Vinyl Heat pads together with extra covers. My two dogs one of whom is 11 years old & sadly suffers from stiff joints has gained amazing comfort from them. Would strongly recommended for all dogs as my younger dog loves them just as much. Initially I had problems with postage (Post Office sorting office) which was in no way any fault of Petnap. They assisted greatly by providing such excellent customer service to resolve the problem. So nice to see good products being sold by a first class company and I would definitely use them again.
