   I called up early Saturday on the off chance they could fit us in. Which they did. I own a large/giant breed and haven't always walked into a vet feeling they are confident enough to handle a big dog. This ain’t the case with Cherry tree. Both times we have come, seen different staff members ans both times we have felt welcome. They talked me through any treatment. We left happy. Thank you

   Always a good service at this vets . My dog Max was their very first patient when they opened . He’s passed over but I still take my new dogs there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else . Recently I turned up to an appointment a week early and they still managed to get me seen by another vet . Superior service

   I had my dog with Cherry Tree for a number of years. He needed a number of different treatments and also a big operation in that time. Halfway through his time with the vets the vets was taken over and suddenly more follow up appointments were made and I felt I was on a conveyor belt and it became less personalised. When he was put to sleep the vet and vet nurse were lovely and kind. On the phone my husband was told that an invoice would be posted. It wasn't and then a few weeks later a blunt email requesting payment was sent. No care or well wishes sent. Not the vets I felt it once was or has been since.

   This is the most brilliant, warm and welcoming vets. Previously we were with hall place in Stokenchurch and I dreaded visiting as it had a really cold and unwelcoming feel but this vets couldn’t be any better. The reception staff are always so friendly and chatty and we’ve received nothing but amazing professional care for our dog. Our new vet Hazel is an absolute credit to your team. You can tell how passionate she is for her work and she is so personable and takes the time to make sure she is doing the right thing for your dog. I’m so grateful for her investigations into my dog’s back and leg pain. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful and I really, really appreciate it. Thank you all for your care and time!
