Beware - do not use! After being with the practise for 10yrs unfortunately they now put financial gain over the welfare of patients. My dog was given an expensive rhinoscopy when a swab would have sufficed (only found this out after investigation after my dog had to be put to sleep). Complained and they lied about interactions they had with me, despite me having other witnesses at the time. The practise is part of the IVC Evidensia group - owned by Mars (chocolate brand). They are practising profit over genuine care and welfare of the patient. Look to an independent Vet!

A good veterinary practice, when you get to see a vet they do provide some fantastic medical care and give good advice. There is a specific seating area for cats that is shielded from the rest of the waiting room, with feliway and blankets to keep you cat safe. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the fact that sometimes the receptionist staff make it difficult to see a vet or gear feedback from a test.

Rosie was suffering with severe gastrointestinal issues. This required three visits including an overnight stay at the practice. The excellent care give by Morgan, Sally and Chloe is very much appreciated.

Let me start by saying that I called one evening to make an appointment for my dog at the vet. He told me to call at 8:00 in the morning. I felt like I was calling an NHS clinic. I have been to various veterinarians there and I cannot even complain, the only thing I can point out is that their prices are very high.

This veterinary center is truly fantastic! The reception staff, vets, and nurses are all incredibly kind and welcoming. I come to this vet specifically even though I live much further away! In the past, I've had experiences where other vet clinics were hesitant to approach my dog just because he barked a few times and wanted to muzzle him. However, Crossroads gave us the time we needed during appointments to help my dog get used to the smells and gradually train him to feel comfortable with the vets. Thanks to their patience, my dog likes going to the vets. They really took the time to understand our needs and never judged us. They even support us by incorporating our own training techniques. They’re very thorough in identifying potential issues and always take the time to answer all of our questions. I’m so thankful for the Crossroads team—thank you!

Crossroads are a friendly and professional veterinary practice. You can usually get an appointment the same day, have friendly and approachable reception staff. The vets themselves are clear in their diagnosis and treatment plans. We have two cats and a dog, all of whom are looked after at crossroads. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful vet sadly we had to use they're out of hour service then the crossroads vet But they're lovely vet saved our dog Jasmine life and it was a very tricky operation to remove fluid around Jasmine heart on Saturday and the lovely very gave us 2, more days with Jasmine. But sadly Jasmine went down hill at my own vet Monday as they had a in-house heart specialist and sadly Jasmine decline was rapid and we lost her Monday afternoon our hearts are breaking but I cannot recommend the crossroads vet for they outstanding care If we lived in high Wycombe we would go with them as all the team and I mean all they're team went out of they're way to help us from Saturday to Monday morning and I will never be able to thank them enough thank you again each and everyone of you xxxx

There is a designated cat area in the waiting room enabling your carrier to rest at eye level. My cat became calm whilst waiting and her consultant Laura listened intently to my concerns, offering the least invasive treatment. Lola was therefore 'chilled' throughout and didn't even notice when a vaccination was administered!

Can't thank Crossroads High Wycombe enough from the receptionists, vets and aftercare staff. They were sympathetic and compassionate as my dog had to have a life saving operation. I was kept informed throughout my dog's stay and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much.
