   I am so impressed with the care given to my little canary Mango. Nothing was too much trouble. A heartfelt shout out to Dan at Firgrove in Yateley, also to Edda and Ella at Basingstoke who gave him the best treatment you could wish for. Thank you all from me and Mango for your concern, help and follow ups. You’re all stars, and his recovery is going really well. I couldn’t have asked for more ❤️

   Steve saw my cat Toby and was very gentle and calm with him. I haven't had a kitten in ages and he answered all of my questions, even when I felt stupid for having to ask them. The nurses & reception made a fuss of him too and it was really appreciated

   This practice Crookham park is amazing the staff are so kind, Sabina is mainly our vet she is a beautiful vet she saved our dog also Kate they worked hard to look into our dogs condition and help him we are so grateful. They have been excellent with his illness and ongoing medicine monthly. We couldn't ask for any more as this is a great vets they really care, the reception staff are lovely too and all the vets and nurses work so hard. We have two cats and a dog and this vets have been great every time we've needed them. Thank you so much for everything.

   Today I had to visit the Basingstoke surgery due to my little fella being attacked by another dog. As I’m sure you can imagine I was utterly besides myself with a very nervous & agitated boy. I really cannot be more thankful to the ladies on reception for helping and assisting me (& passing me tissues) an absolute credit to your surgery & I (and my mum and husband) can’t thank you all enough. A lovely experience to have had at such a traumatic time xx

   Such a wonderful vets- my local centre is the Basingstoke branch but I couldn’t be more thankful for being able to visit on Sunday to this branch when my house rabbit is unwell. They always are so caring and fit us in so quickly and the care is second to none. I have seen Nathalie Fellows a few times and her knowledge and care always puts my mind at rest and so reassured. 5*- Highly recommend.

   Amazing vets. All the staff are lovely and they are supportive of my choices that a lot of vets see as controversial (raw feeding my dogs etc). I find that they have a very ethical approach to their care of my dogs and are not ‘money hungry’ pushing every last treatment for the cash. Always professional and I genuinely feel safe knowing that these guys care for my dogs when needed. See pictures of two happy, healthy hounds cared for my st kitts.
