Would highly recommend. Joanne is brilliant and sent updates and videos/pictures. Ronnie takes a while to settle in but when collecting he looked in his eliminate. She even took the time to brush him, which is hard to find when staying at a cattery! Will definitely use Joanne again

What an amazing place. From booking in to collection Joanne was so helpful. We were very concerned about leaving our 18 year old cat for 12 days but Joanne completely put our minds at rest. He came out so happy and well cared for. He had put on weight had his claws clipped and been groomed. Our other younger cat was also so well looked after. We texted Joanne throughout the holiday and she always responded immediately. I will definitely use again and throughly recommend. Thank you so much
