There's nothing I could possibly say, that comes close to how amazing this vetinary practice is. Every member of the team shows true care and compassion, to not only the animals, but their owners too. Even if I moved 100's of miles away, they would still be my go to.

First time and most likely last time. I owed many many pets in my life and I have never felt so robbed. Less than 10min in the premises and an £8 eye drop to get out with a 100£ bill. I get a consult can be around 60-70£ but that’s a bit steep when the vet didn’t even touch the dog. No health check besides a look at the eye with conjunctivitis from a distance. No question on history or anything else. The bill is still making me feel sick. Being nice and polite was the only positive, hence the 1 star

I went for the first time today at 9 am as my cat needed an emergency treatment. Never been a customer. A very friendly receptionist booked me in for 9.40, and gave me a lot of advice. I didn't need any papers or history proof. Came late as not having a cage, my cat ran off and had to chase him. It was not a problem, and in fact I was given a free cage for the cat which i took home. The vet was super friendly, i was invited in, he explained everything and in my opinion was very professional. i have paid less for the visit that I was asked at PetsHome. After treatment, again very friendly staff. Therefore I was very happy, hope my baby is going to feel better soon, I cannot fault anything, therefore I am surprised at some of the worst reviews

Everyone is really caring and compassionate and they always look after our pets with professionalism and such expertise. We recently lost one of our fur babies and they have been there for us every step of the way, we really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, we do not share the same experience as others. Ash House Vets made what was already a traumatic day for my family far, far worse. Not only did they lack any form of compassion and empathy, it’s only when speaking to another vets that we realised just how atrocious and questionable their service had been. Perhaps a misunderstanding on their part but they made our last day with our beloved family pet a complete nightmare. How they have 4.6 star reviews is beyond me. If I could give them a 0, I would.

Excellent. Very professional group of people. I've been taking my dogs there for 9 years. My old boy has been very poorly and I've always been treated with understanding, empathy, and compassion. It is an excellent practice.

Steve, Nikkie, Allie have gone above and beyond with our trembling GSD, Leia. I am really grateful for their advice, their kindness and their patience. Leia, not so much, and would do anything to not go through the door!!! Her worries are real, but not from bad experience!! 5 stars from her Mum who appreciates a good team!!!

My cat sooty always has to come and have injection as he allergic to something at this time of year but he gets plenty of fuss of the nurse and vet clare, I always know I can expect the best experience from a nervous cat who hates car journeys to vets
