Overall, my stay was okay. The property was clean and well maintained, which made it comfortable throughout. Its location was excellent, being close to amenities and easy to access, and I particularly appreciated the ability to use facilities like the kitchen, which added convenience and flexibility. However, my experience on the last day was disappointing. I had called ahead to confirm that I could leave my bags in a private room after checkout, as my flight was later in the evening. I was reassured that I could collect them at any time during the day. Unfortunately, when I checked out, I was told I needed to leave the premises with my bags by 1pm. This sudden change in information caused significant inconvenience, as I had planned my day around the earlier assurance. Carrying my luggage for the rest of the day made it difficult to enjoy my final hours before traveling as i had come to Aberdeenfor a conference While the stay itself was manageable , the miscommunication at checkout overshadowed the positive aspects. Clear and consistent information is essential for guests, especially when it comes to services like luggage storage that directly affect travel plans. I would recommend improving communication and ensuring that policies are applied consistently. With better clarity on guest services, future visitors can leave with the same positive impression they had during their stay, without unnecessary stress at the end.

No physical contact with any staff during our visit. Room very basic, clean and comfortable, but not keen on small toilet and separate shower cubicle in the room. As we are both disabled we were put upstairs, two flights of stairs, not ideal. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast, but serve yourself with cereal, toast and not a lot more. Saving grace is the price was reasonable, but definitely reflected in the service.

Well priced for its location close to Airport, directly opposite a Premier shop and car parking available if needed. Stayed in #9, which was well equipped on 1st floor with en-suite, tv, tea/ coffee facility. Option of tea/ toast / cereal also.

Had to book at the very last minute, owner was excellent and professional I paid online and the owner done the rest, forwarded on all details and codes, my room was very clean comfortable and warm very cosy. Excellent location close to everything in Dyce, brilliantly priced for the location and would recommend a stay. Kitchen in house for everyone to cook your own meals, tea/toast etc, I booked a room with its own en suite but there is a bathroom shared with some rooms. Overall I had a good night's sleep on a very comfy bed.

Nice place, rooms are ok use of kitchen and dining room good but very Cold the owners could have the heating on for more than an hour a day. That would make this place more hospitable

Good location, cleaned room, easy access to the rail station and supermarkets. The only bad point is that during winter time, the heater doesn't work all day and night (just few hours early morning and evening).
