   I am staying in the city for a couple of days and I decided to give a try to this hotel restaurant, as the menu seemed nice. My dinner here has surpassed my expectations, the three courses were absolutely delicious. Moreover, I would like to thank Sophie the waitress for a warm and welcoming service and Victor the chef for making my dinner tonight of the highlights of visiting Aberdeen.

   Excellent value for money, given the quality, spaciousness, and cleanliness of the rooms. In addition to its convenient location near the city centre, the hotel boasts a fantastic bar with exceptionally friendly staff. Tarryn, the bartender, was especially welcoming and supportive, we felt like we were in our favourite local pub. The food was also outstanding, our compliments to the chef, Addison.

   Lovely hotel, very close to top of Union street and shops and transport links. Excellent service and huge spotless rooms. We were met by a friendly receptionist who was accommodating and very helpful. Room was huge, very clean. Shower was fab as were gels and shampoos available. Only slight disappointment was standard of food in restaurant in evening. It was very average and very bland. Disappointing. Breakfast was good value though.

   We were really impressed with the staff at the Copthorne. They were so friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. We also ate there twice and food was excellent! Thank you to Paul(manager)Junayd, Anya, Natalie and the chefs for making our stay special!

   A good central location, very clean property and a hotel not trying to be anything it isn’t. Breakfast and the bar in the evening was good, staff had good service. However, some issues still that could make it better for quest. One of my issues was that I had quite a large gap at the bottom of the room door, this made the room quite noisy when others were passing through. Also, this let a lot of light into the room at night. The heating/radiator had a digital display which seemed to illuminate the room at night, this made it hard to sleep. Bathrooms are very dated and can do with an upgrade. Beds and pillows are very hard. Overall not too bad but I would not choose to stay here again.

   This is a really good hotel and location and could be improved if the Hotel Management focused on paying guests. This is a one trip pony the experience came together in the end over time compromised by the facts of asylum seekers staying at the hotel. I personally will not be booking at any hotel that houses asylum Seekers.

   ANNE MARIE M Glasgow, United Kingdom Had a lovely 2 day break at the Copthorne Hotel in Aberdeen with a friend and can only praise the staff on the cleanliness of the hotel! Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries . Breakfast had a super choice of foods both hot and cold and dinner was excellent too! Staff were very friendly and happy to help but must mention one staff member in particular as Gary was very attentive and caring and nothing seemed to much bother for him! He gave us excellent food and drinks service and spent time chatting with us too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Aberdeen as it’s centrally located to all the shops and attractions! More Date of stay: October 2022 See
