   We stayed here for 4 nights as a base to access P&J arena for an event. Basic room but good value for money. 1.5 mile walk to the P&J arena and close to Dyce train station for easy access to and from Aberdeen centre. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he was encouraging us to stock up on breakfast items to take to the arena as the prices in the arena were extortionate! Overall a great stay that suited our needs.

   Stayed here for 1 night due to having a hospital appointment. Location was good but that was the only thing that was good. However cant comment on the breakfast as never had any due to our appointment being early. Advertised as having parking which i think was around the side on a pavement but when i asked i was basically told its not there responsibility if anything happened to my car but still didnt answer if this was their parking or if it was ok to park there. Room was very basic with no tea making facilities. The bed wasn't great but also wasn't terrible so guess id say it was ok. However the thing that made this stay the first and the last was the room was absolutely stinking of damp. It was that bad we had the leave the window open all night. The bathroom also smelt of damp but not as bad until i opened the shower doors then it hit you like nothing on earth. I should have complained at the time but i worked an 8 hour shift then drove for 2 and a half hours just to get there and all i wanted to do was get some sleep before my early rise for my appointment.

   Hi everyone. I stay one month in Granville. Very nice place. Bed confortable room cleaned as well. Nothing is missing. Very good break fast, you can take what you want, fruits, cakes, bread, jam and butter, cream yogourt cereales different juices tea coffee or Milk with chocolate. Salamat will be here also if you need something. Very gentle man, he will receive you as a great customer. In case you stay long time you can put some food in a fridge, and you have a little Tesco close to the guest house, perfect if you feel hungry. If you decide to book here, you wont be disapointed.    A excellent guest house in dyce Arrived at the place a little bit late since my flight was delayed and was still greeted with a warm welcome the owner was very nice showed me my room when i entered the room it was very warm an clean very modern and the shower was very warm. Tesco was 1 minute walk , the trian station 5 minute walk, ariport 10 minute drive and there is a restarant next door you are allowed to take your food to your room.The Breakfast here is great when you are in a rush there is also a microwave and fridge great wifi that reaches all parts of the house as it is very big . In the room you can't hear a thing even when there is nosie outsidegreat placde i recommend it.
