Very comfortable and welcoming but may be a little “old” feeling for some. Perfect for our large family but multiple floors, tight turns, and a listing initially showed a hot tub (later removed.)

Great location close to Aberdeen centre and the beach. Lovely bedrooms rooms all with en suites. Living and dining areas can anccommodate large groups really well and kitchen well fitted out. Wonderful place for our family gathering.

Stayed over Hogmanay and New Year with family home from Australia. Had a great time in a welcoming and comfortable accommodation. Family enjoyed going for morning walks along the beach promenade which was only five minutes away. Also city centre just a ten minute walk.We were self catering and the kitchen was modern with all utensils necessary for preparing substantial meals. We had a memorable time meeting up with friends and family in very comfortable surroundings and made very welcome by Colin and his staff

A great value option between the beach and city centre. I think it used to be an old style bed and breakfast and is now an Airbnb. The lounge/ dining room is perfect for spreading out in. The kitchen is well equipped but we only made cups of tea as the great Cafe Ahoy is nearby. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay here. The location was fantastic as only a very short walk to the beach and the city centre. So much to do in the area

Bimini is a great guesthouse to stay on a great location. U can either walk to the beach or the city center. Highlight a beautiful welcoming garden. The hospitality I experienced was of high quality level. Totally recommended!

Very good B&B. Small but comfortable room. Good location easy walking distance to the city centre, to the sea front, 5 mins from Asda superstore. Good asian take-away 2 mins walk. Friendly and helpful manager, off street parking. All at a good price!
