Terrible service. Extremely long waiting time for food and very unfriendly staff who ignored me completely. Portions are noticeably smaller than before, while prices remain the same. Overall quality has dropped a lot. I will not be coming back.

Only ever go for breakfast as the full menu is overpriced, however the buffet is such good value for money especially with kids. Waitresses are great, the table service has always been spot on. However! On our last visit the manager was incredibly rude when telling us they were fully booked. Not having space on a Sunday morning is fine but there was absolutely no need for the way we were spoken to for the minor crime for not having booked (which we've never had to do as they've never been full) off we went on our way without a problem but it really didn't leave a pleasant impression

Met with family to have a meal. The menu was very versatile and 90% available. Something for everyone. Ordering was a simple process, order and pay at the bar. Nice coffee too. Service was good. Staff friendly and polite. Our food was served in good time and was delicious. The place was clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit, it was quiet which was great for us to have a nice chat and relax after a long day travelling for a family member's funeral.

Popped in while travelling in the area, was a bit confused with the parking directions but managed to finally sort it out. There is also a budget hotel opposite. Had a lovely waitress serving us and took in the allergy information the group gave her. Food was really good and arrived in a timely fashion. The kids also loved their meal and did not have to convince them too hard to eat fruit. Seating area could have been better as the booths , were the tight side and not as easy for people to move around as needed.

Omg it was such a lovely valentines date night. The food was lovely and the staff so friendly. The bill was abit of a shocker but otherwise perfect. Went for mother's day today. Really nice ate too much lol.

I was dubious about going as other reviews were awful, friends wanted to, I was pleasantly surprised! Very nice atmosphere. We ordered, double stack burgers, they were very good, cobb salad with Chicken, very good, but a bit on the expensive side and the haddock and chips, also very good. The deserts were on the high price side (£6.49) for key lime pie that was about an inch and a half wide. The service was very good. I would eat a main there again.

The worst food experience ever. £15.99 steak you would expect more then cold beaten up piece of old defrosted meat which is definitely not 8oz. Absolutely terrible.

To mention, we have been here few times before. Very very bad Sunday evening, they ruined my dinner and my evening out. Look what they said on the menu and what we got on the plates and drinks. Both drinks completely different staff in them compared to what saying on the menu. Lemon instead of orange, his excuse was "no more ingredients left " Tell people that before order. Management 00000000... Manager with attitude like him needs to go. We are the wants we paying they salary. I will never go there again.
