   Despite previously raising concerns with this taxi company about the dangerous parking of one of their vehicles — a large Vauxhall Movano (registration SF18 FLE) — the issue remains unresolved. The van continues to park on Moorgreen Road between a bus stop and a traffic-calming chicane, and directly opposite a request-stop bus stop. This location is highly unsuitable for parking, as it significantly obstructs visibility and regularly causes long tailbacks. Drivers are struggling to safely navigate around the van, especially during busier times. While there are no yellow lines explicitly prohibiting parking at this spot, common sense should prevail. It's possible the driver is unaware of the disruption they’re causing, as they might not experience the problem themselves when driving through the area. However, the driver should be able to recognise how much of a problem this causes for other road users and take responsibility for finding a safer, more considerate place to park. I hope the company takes this ongoing safety issue seriously and acts to prevent further disruption.

   Finding a service that dealt with disabled people is AWESOME, so imagine being recommended the service from 5 differebt cab companies- Calling this service 3 times, and being ingnored. We left a pleading message to get back to us one way or another and no one did. Bitterly disappointed.

   Finding this taxi company has been brilliant. My mum used to find it very hard transferring from her wheelchair into a car. To be able to just wheel her in and have her strapped in her chair is so much less of an ordeal for her. The drivers we have had are brilliant, friendly, professional and punctual. Not the same rate as a conventional taxi for short trips but I can understand the need for a minimum charge and on the whole reasonable and worth the money. I really recommend using this company.

   Loads of wheelchair accessible vehicles of various sizes means that they usually have a car available when you need one. We use them 200+ times a year and I still recommend them to anyone that needs a wheelchair cab......that should say how reliable they are!

   Transmobility are fantastic, I can book via email which is great, easier for me than using the phone. They have properly wheelchair accessible vehicles, where mum with her walker and myself in a large electric wheelchair fit nicely and we're not far apart, which is great. Transmobility have a lot of different size vehicles, they tie you down, I've never had to travel side ways, unlike the service I was sent previously by a company a disability organisation use, where I was in a very dangerous situation. We've had Lyle a few times pick us up, he us very kind, very good with mum who has dementia, he's very calm, very patient and very understanding. I would highly recommend Transmobility, Prad is very helpful, always tells you how much it is going to cost and they have never charged more than that amount, what they quote is what I have paid.
