    Good but some improvements could be made. I use this company regularly and have an overall good impression: - Drivers are great and polite - Booking on the app is easy - For airport trips, I always get a call back to confirm time and flight The improvements required: - The app really needs to be improved and be updated to the 21st century * Entering the address is a challenge. I set the house number an the street but the house number disappeared from the final booking * Changing the time of an existing booking is tricky, I need to reenter all the information again (from an destination). Also, when I set the time to 8am in the new booking, the final booking and ends up 9am or 7am * I booked for 8am and the drivers arrive 20 minutes early. He called me and said he is happy to wait. However he was told to arrive at 7.40 * Receipts are not available on the app unless you ask for it

    I just wanted to say how fantastic the service was. We had a drop off at the airport and collected a week later both on time lots of communication, friendly drivers and we were able to bring our own car seat and leave it with you which was such a big help to us. 5 star service will definitely be using again

    Booked these and the outward pick up was fine. However, our return pick up was late, so much so that we missed our train. Fortunately for everyone, we caught a 2nd train and got home eventually. The reason given was heavy traffic. As a driver myself….especially as I lived in the area, I would’ve left earlier, knowing that traffic is always chaos there. Turns out the reason was something else and that made us feel like an afterthought. We will not be using this company again.

    Very grateful to these guys who helped us out at short notice after we were totally let down on a pre-booked journey with Radio Taxis / West Quay Cars not turning up. These guys got a car to us out the city and got us back in despite awful football and cruise traffic. Docked one star due to driver ignoring his satnavs directions in a flawed effort to beat the traffic, but he did then charge a fixed fare despite him spending loads of time on the job so tipped him with thanks.

    I pre-booked ride for five people with three large suitcases was canceled by the company just 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, leaving us to find an alternative. I have booked this months in advance. I have used this company many times to Southampton Airport Parkway, but I will take my business elsewhere. DO NOT use Cab My Ride for any important transfers.

    Both drivers were very friendly, polite and courteous for both journeys. They arrived on time and were helpful with our questions Unfortunately, due to requesting a second taxi for the return journey there was an overpayment issue. This took a little bit of sorting out but Ayesha at customer services kept persevering to understand exactly what had happened and happily a refund was given. All in all a good experience. Life isn’t always perfect but great when a company works hard to sort a challenge out.

    Driver cancelled 10 mins before my cab was due for journey to train station. I managed not to miss my advanced train thanks to fine weather, a fast paced walk, but it triggered my tennis elbow pulling my trolley bag. Very unsatisfactory, especially as I book over 18 hrs beforehand. I would give zero stars if I could.

    Booked three times recently. First two occasions the taxi arrived fifteen minutes late with no explanation or apology. I tracked the third one using the link that I was sent to find that at the booked time the car was heading into Southampton City centre.... the opposite direction. I made alternative arrangements and cancelled. Probably not use them again, too unreliable.

    It's 5.30am and they've just cancelled my booked service. Their drivers are completely unreliable. I've used them once before for an airport transfer and 5 minutes before pick up time, the driver was up in Basingstoke. They had to call in a favour to be able to cope with the demand. Really unprofessional, avoid. Edit: waking me up at 5.30 in the morning, an hour before my trip isn't going to be enough time to arrange different transportation. You had already confirmed pick up as well, so you are simply unreliable. Your company is awful.

    I requested information about security of booking on line and was informed they will always honour a booking but they may have to cancel in exceptional circumstances. Well they cancelled my taxi 24 hours prior to travel and I was unable to find an alternative at such short notice. Maybe locally they are more reliable but I will never use them and would not recommend them. No reason for cancellation was given. If you only do local pickups then you should not have confirmed an on line booking to Bournemouth airport.
