   Only 3 staff - not in uniform. Waited 10 minutes to get served and a further 20 minutes waiting for the food before I asked for a refund. All 3 staff looked like they were on drugs. One told a customer they were "busy" there was 5 people standing there.... I watched as the chips got cold, the Dr Pepper changed but lines not bled... the few burgers that came out just sat there. Complete circus.

   Went in this afternoon. Place was dead, whilst mcdonalds down road was rammed.. Use BK a lot at service stations and preferred but my experience was different in town. Server was rude and abrupt, before I finished they'd already turned and shouting at kitchen staff... finished my order. Got it home. Absolute mess. Burgers looked like they'd been thrown in a pie eating contest, chips colder than Maggie thatcher. Fanta was nice.

   I went to the Burger King on Market Square in Northampton and honestly, the food was a letdown. I got a Steakhouse Angus meal with fries and a bottle of water and added a Spicy Chicken Royale on its own. The Chicken Royale cost a ridiculous £8.29 on its own – which is mad considering it didn’t even taste good. The Angus burger was decent, but the meal still came to £12.79 and the fries were as bland and tasteless as ever. I asked if they had mayo instead of ketchup, just to balance out the spicy sandwich, and they said it would cost 30p – for a tiny bit of sauce. I said no out of principle. Overall, the food was overpriced, underwhelming, and absolutely not worth the money. Now I know why the place is always plenty.

   Ordered a 5.99 meal and got charged extra. Never ever will visit burger crap again. Management don't explain or can help the issue . Charge the customer its not nice I don't care about sugar if the meal its 5.99 then its 5.99 simple.

   The staff hardly speak English! I couldn't understand what the staff member was saying and accidentally ordered onion rings instead of cheese bites. Purely because I was fed up of asking him what he said I just ended up saying "onion" because that's the only word he said that I could understand. There was also a left over tray of food and used napkins on a table near me. Not only are the staff ignorant but the customers too. Definitely not recommended.

   This restaurant has been in decline for some time. It looks and feels shabby. The food is still pretty good (the burgers are still better than the competition in my view) and the service is still not too bad. The atmosphere is lifeless and feels grubby (I'm not saying it's dirty, it just feels like it).

   Love the King sized burger which comes with either onion rings or cheese puffs. My kids enjoyed the meal pack. Atmosphere is quiet, warm and serene. Toilet is secure.. Cons.. No help of staff to clean the tables, some customers left their trays on the tables after eating and you may have to clean the table and remove the trays yourself if that's your desired table.

   Food was grate nice and fresh and tasty. Only downside was the young lads Woking behind the counter play fighting at the tills. Now I had zero problems with this apart from it was at the front of the house if you will not exactly what you want to see trying to eat your food. But they was polite in serving

   Pretty decedent restaurant and polite staff. I have enjoyed the food even though it’s not my usual go restaurant for a quick and budgeted meal, have enjoyed the service and food. Love to see more parking.

   A clean fast food restaurant that has plenty of places to sit but is always quiet and never full. Service is friendly but slow. Food is good quality but high priced. You cannot use the toilets without purchasing something.
