   Have been coming here for about a year now. It’s such a good nail salon. They really pay attention to detail. The quality is amazing, they last me ages without any coming off. I always leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend this nail salon. 10/10

   Right from the start I was questioning myself for choosing to try this place. The young lady that picked up the phone said they had an appointment available at 3pm and told me to just come in. The first red flags were raised as she didn’t take any details despite me even asking her “do you need my details? How will you know it’s me when I turn up?”. Then I promptly made my way there, arriving at 2:57pm. I walked in and one of the guys asked me what I wanted as I walked in, without even looking up. I told him I had a 3pm appointment. Nobody told me how long the wait was going to be and I wish I hadn’t waited. I was sat on the side waiting for an entire HOUR before someone saw me, which is WHY I CALLED UP TO BOOK IN!! The best part is - this place smells so strongly of acetone, I thought I was going to pass out from the smell of it. Whilst I was waiting, somebody else tried to pay with £45 but only had £10 notes, so I offered to change one into two fivers for her. I was then finally seen and the guy was so sloppy and aggressive in his process. He made my finger bleed because he was filing it so aggressively. I had to correct him multiple times as he kept making all of the nails wonky and despite me mentioning it multiple times, he gave up and mumbled “you ask for coffin, I give you coffin”. The girl that was rude on the phone to me then shouted across the salon to me asking if I had another fiver so she can buy a McDonalds so I had to pay him early so he has the cash for her to have her chicken wrap. Another customer kept asking for simply a splash of milk in her tea and she was being ignored. All in all, I walked out £35 short with wonky nails and a headache from a 2 hour trip to some questionable “beauty” salon… AVOID this place girls.

   Had an excellent nail technician (the owner), he did an incredible marble in acrylic. There was an issue with the nail tip which he fixed the next day. So pleased with his service, extremely reasonable prices too
