After the nightmare of my van being broken into and tens of thousands in business assets stolen, I turned to Alan Wilkins, Chief Executive Officer of the company. Alan took the time on multiple occasions to guide me through the insurance process with confidence and support. No question was too small and was answered with complete sincerity and honesty. Unprompted updates were provided every step of the way to ensure I was the first to know of any communication with the insurer. 2 weeks after the horrible incident, Alan & Mercari Risk had confirmed a complete pay out to cover loss with absolutely no stress whatsoever.
