   I came to the end of my five years fixed mortgage at the time of price rises and so many worries, not to mention I needed to secure some extra funds and get all this sorted with a completion date over the Christmas period. What I was assuming would be a very stressful part of my year, just simply wasn’t ! Sue at Busy Bee Mortgages listened to all the details of what I wanted, she then quickly got everything I needed in place. She answered all my little questions and worries and always managed to give me options and explained everything to me. I struggled with some of the paperwork but within a day Sue had guided me through it, which was such a relief ! We encountered a hiccup or two from external parties and even though these were not her problems to sort, she saw me through it all. Sue ensured I was able to get what I needed from these companies to enable us not to hold up the whole process and tie everything in together. Sue is friendly and helpful beyond belief, she responds quickly to all enquiries and was always so clear and concise about what she needed from me or what we needed to sort next. I cannot recommend Sue or Busy Bee Mortgages and Protection Solutions enough !! She has just recently sorted our remortgage for us which has allowed us to get a new kitchen, the process was seamless and she takes care of everything for you and offers great advice on all aspects from different mortgages available, property valuation etc. Highly recommended!
