   I have used Premier Heating Solutions on a few occasions this year. They installed a new boiler for me and following this I have used them for other work. On each occasion they have come out the same day, explained the problem to me and provided a number of Solutions. I recieved a quote quickly and once accepted the work has been done quickly and professionally. My last problem a leaking tank was fixed within 4 hrs of my initial call. All of the engineers have been friendly, efficient and happy to explain every thing. I feel happy that I now have a really professional and friendly service that I can rely on. I would highly recommend them.

   Chris and Stefan have done a brilliant job of the installation of a new boiler and replacing all the radiators in our property. Everything was left clean and tidy. Phil the sales representative was also very knowledgeable and was always very helpful with any questions we had. Couldn't recommend them enough.

   We recently had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed by Premier Heating Solutions and are very happy with the service provided. Everything ran smoothly from booking the initial visit to the final installation. Zach, who came to survey our property, was excellent. He explained everything clearly, was patient with our questions and promptly adjusted the quote when we later asked for changes. He was thorough and reassuring, open to discussing various options and focused on what suited us best rather than steering us towards any specific brand. We felt confident in the setup he recommended. The installation team, George, Harley and Tyler, were professional, tidy and considerate. They worked efficiently and left everything clean. With three installers on the job, the work was completed in just one day – other quotes had estimated it would take 2-3 days. This meant minimal disruption and having hot water back the same evening, which was important for us with a small child at home. Overall, the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. We’d highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and plan to return to them for future projects.

   Chris and Ollie worked extremely hard on our very complicated cylinder removal and replacement. The job took 4.5 days which was longer than expected but Chris and Ollie worked very late several nights running to try to keep on track and keep us with hot water on overnight. Even on those late nights Chris was happy to explain exactly where the job was up to, what the next steps were and how long he thought each step would take. I never felt he was rushing out of the door even after a very long day. They were neat and tidy, polite, friendly and trustworthy and I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable leaving them in the house as well. The initial quote from Zach was very clearly laid out and competitively priced and did not change, except to add a few extra parts which had been discovered as faulty along the way. We had half been expecting this so we were okay with that. We were entitled to 10% off those parts as part of the Premier membership which came included for a year with our quote.

   Absolutely first-class experience from start to finish. Our journey began with a service on our very old oil boiler, which was carried out to a high standard, including all necessary hoses and parts within the fixed service price. Next, we needed a quote to upgrade our gravity-fed system to a modern, non-vented system and to relocate our hot water tank. Zach’s communication throughout was excellent – he explained all options clearly, without any pressure. We were simply presented with the facts, making decision-making straightforward. The online systems for quotes and payments were seamless, providing a truly 21st-century experience with everything documented clearly and in plain English. When our boiler developed a split, we needed to move from quote to install quickly. Michelle organised everything smoothly, and they were able to fit us in within days. The installation itself was a big job, requiring access to multiple rooms and the loft. The team was incredibly respectful of our space – they protected the floors, wore overshoes at all times, and showed outstanding energy, professionalism, and workmanship. Huge thanks to George, Chris, and Tyler for their hard work and attention to detail. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. Highly recommended!

They supplied a complete new gas central heating system with radiators to replace my ancient warm air system. I look forward to using their services for all future maintenance requirements.

   Great service thus far. Engineer (Steve) turned up first thing and identified the issue immediately once gaining access to the inner workings of the boiler. Had the replacement pieces in the van and was able to fix the problem within the space of an hour. Additionally offered us a boiler service as ours hadn't been done in a while which we gladly accepted and he completed in a timely manner. Gave us on-the-spot quotes throughout for work to be carried out and also for future work if needed (a radiator will need replacing at some point soon). To top it off, Steve was a real gentleman with a personable and highly professional nature. We now have a warm house for winter! Recommended.

   Two guys turned up on time to install our new heating system boiler. They worked quietly (apart from the drilling walls,!) quickly and profesionally, leaving absolutely no mess behind them over the two days. They even had an extra person come to collect all their waste material and our old boiler. We cannot fault them and thoroughly recommend the Company.
