   Can't fault this dealer, agreed I've only been once for an oil and filter change on a Transit motorhome but Adrian went out of his way to get the work completed in a couple of hours, also carried out an inspection including brakes and fluids etc plus a CSP (type of recall) on the injectors which required a software update. As the motorhome is only 2 years old he also registered it for Ford Assist breakdown cover which the supplying dealer hadn't done. Lower hourly rate than bigger dealers. Well done all.

   Unfortunately can't give minus rating. Great service up until money was received for vehicle and warranty policy since then has been worst experience of customer service and lies and pushed pillar to post being made to jump through hoops to get a refund on a warranty policy since April.
