   I was in here a few days ago and a girl called Sara help me by suggesting gifts for my older sister oncoming birthday. I wasnt sure so I came back again today with my other sister and Sara service me again. She was very pleasant and helpful. I been here before and I found the service not very friendly.    Got served by isha today at the reading store she did upsell two products and the service was excellent and we really appreciate the great service. The customer service was excellent; isha is so helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for their Pandora purchase. It’s worth visiting the reading store for good service :)

   The staff at this pandora are amazing. They have a good stock of jewellery, and most of it is reasonably priced. I have noticed that some of the sets are priced well above expectation, taking the individual items into account. Due to this I ended up not purchasing anything in the end.

   The store managed the number of customers really well, inviting us in when it was safe to do so. The sales associate who looked after us was really helpful, letting us know how the jewellery was going to behave after some use (the snake bracelets loosen up a bit) and showing us the combinations available as a discounted set. Will be back!
