Sophie was attentive, helpful, gave great recommendations and was probably one of the coolest/friendliest people I've been served by in YEARS!!! We talked about her passion for sales, movies - All sorts! What impressed me most, is that she was engaging, yet wasn't distracted by the conversation at all. She remembered all my requests for sizes, and items whilst conversing with me and she was a genuine Advocate for the brand. “Had my daughters ears pierced in here today, couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Callum was great, professional, friendly and put an anxious 9 year old at ease. Good selection of earrings and incredibly reasonably priced compared to Claire’s who wanted 3 times the amount to sit in a grubby shop with an uninterested sales assistant. “I have brought a couple of things we had our daughters hands and feet cast first. Lisa was so lovely she came to our house to do it and she was very patient and a lovely lady. I then purchased a key ring for my husband that also is lovely my husband loves it. I have just purchased two overlapping coin necklaces one for me and one for my mum they haven't come yet but I know I will love them so will my mum. I have recommend and will continue to recommend as I have been so pleased with everything from start to finish. I would never even consider getting anything like this from anywhere else I would always purchase from here!”
