   I love Claires but what is up with this store. I went there when it should have been opened and stated online that it was, but it was closed in the middle of the day!! Not the first time this happened by the way, a few weeks ago I came in at 9:15 and still hasn't been opened..My niece was super excited on getting her ears pierced, as I have gifted that for her birthday and it was an awful and disappointing experience to be quite honest. We were horrified on how the piercing was done, on top of the fact that the piericng came out uneven, and she was left with permanent scarring. What's worse is that no one actually help me and my sister find a solution for my niece. Please go elsewhere, save your money and go find an actual professional piercer.... Which they are not!!! I wish we had known about this earlier that Claires is not a good place to get piercings done, it would have saved a lot of trouble. Staff are ok... not particularly helpful, and don't ask if you need any help or greet you. There is an older lady that works there, and she is quite unfriendly and grumpy. However, the store itself is lovely and Claire's has nice things.

   accidentally lost my tounge jewellery and knew i could go to claire’s, i grabbed a back for four (£12 which i new was extremely overpriced but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do) checked out, staff were lovely. 2 days later i feel something in my mouth.. the paint has came off the tounge ball, and it is almost all silver now. god knows how much i ingested. i know this isn’t just this store, it’s the company itself, but please please be careful when getting jewellery from here as a know it’s mainly kids who shop there

   Jen pierced my 4months old baby and she was absolutely fantastic. She kept baby calm and comfortable and had lots of patience with me (anxious mum) by explaining all the steps and double checking everything was in order prior to start. I strongly recommend her.

   The Bracknell store need to update their opening times. I got there for 9.10 this morning and the security rollers were still down. This isn't the first occasion that I have been and the store has been closed, though last time was in the afternoon!! A fellow shopkeeper saw me waiting around and commented on how they open when they like! They obviously don't need the business.....and people wonder why we shop online!

   I booked my daughter in to get her ears pierced and realised a lot of bad reviews, so i was very worried. When we arrived at the store we were immediately greeted by an employee and we were directed across to the piercing station where we had the options of ear rings etc. Everything was sterilized before an extra employee came over to help as they wanted to pierce her ears at the same time. It was overall a really good experience and would def recommend their service upon the experience we had today.

   Went to get daughters ears pierced. One staff member who basically ignored us while she was piercing someone else, not even an acknowledgment that she had seen us. Shop was grubby, bad lighting and I wasn’t 100% comfortable letting daughter get it done but I had promised. When we were finally acknowledged, I was then told it would be £60 for some cheap looking earrings so we left and went to f hinds who charged £15 for titanium earrings, spent half an hour with us explaining everything before carrying out the piercing. Please do not go to Claire’s, go to F hinds who are clean and professional and so much cheaper for a better experience

   I wanted to pierce my ear the other day and waited 30 minutes as some huge family decided to have a piercing party for their kids. Once done, the piercing lady blanked me and went at the back. The other colleague who knew I was waiting didn’t say anything / let her know she had another customer. Left the store annoyed without having my ear pierce and won’t be going back.
