Me and my family visited Pandora this afternoon and we had the lovely Amelia assisting us in building a bracelet for a special birthday! She was extremely helpful and patient as we had two small children with us and we are very indecisive. Thank you so much Amelia.
Excellent customer service I had a problem with my gift card so went to the store . The shop assistant was extremely helpful not only did they sort it out for me but were able to give discount and sort out free express delivery. Great customer service.
Bought myself and my mum matching rings today as a mothers day gift and was tended to by an amazing sales advisor called Sophie. Sophie was attentive, helpful, gave great recommendations and was probably one of the coolest/friendliest people I've been served by in YEARS!!! We talked about her passion for sales, movies - All sorts! What impressed me most, is that she was engaging, yet wasn't distracted by the conversation at all. She remembered all my requests for sizes, and items whilst conversing with me and she was a genuine Advocate for the brand. I only came for a couple of rings, but left with 6 items and a free cleaning cloth! - But I felt more than comfortable parting with my money and trusting Sophie's suggestions to get best value for money using the 3 for 2 offer and my Pandora membership. To her manager Natalie, you've done a great job hiring and training Sophie, and to Sophie - Thanks for your time today! Keep being passionate, personable and loving what you do. Went in to buy some earring for a present today and the girl who served me couldn’t have been more lovely! Chatty, welcoming, helpful, courteous, just really great customer service experience. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was a complete asset to the store.

I visited Pandora this weekend to enquire about getting my bracelet I received for my birthday repaired. I was more than happy to pay but the manager offered to change it for a brand new one as a goodwill gesture. Amazing service.
My long lost sister and I visited the store in August. I was staying with her for a week, having only made contact with her the previous year. The staff were so enchanted by our story, they were so sweet, and the manageress surprised us with a free sister charm each. This really made our day.
