Went there to return an online purchase. The sales assistant Natasha was very helpful with the exchange and assisting as we looked at other items to buy. Nothing was a problem, she made great suggestions and is very knowledgeable of the product range.
Waited around a good 15 mins wasn’t acknowledged very two rude ladies serving took a pic of them both … they shouldn’t be in that profession didn’t say sorry and weren’t interested to serve I waited with my two kids

A great choice of Swarovski products - but one either likes them or not, so maybe that's not that helpful. The more important thing and what made the difference was a very helpful lady. I didn't get her name but she was from Lithuania. As I say, very helpful and not pushy at all. Thank you.
It was my wife's 40th Birthday so we went in here to get her a present the lady who served us was extremely professional and was very nice and friendly to my daughter who was with us I wish I got her name so that she would get some recognition for her great work.
