Massive thank you to Georgina for the excellent service she had provided us. She's lovely and professional in her work. We came in yesterday to their Bracknell branch to collect an order I've placed online. The watch was not ready yet but she made an effort to prepare them and patiently adjusted the bracelet several times as I have small wrist. Would highly recommend Beaverbrooks. I've purchased jewelries in their Oracle branch last month and staff are fantastic as well.

I popped into the shop on Friday 11th of April as I had a issue with a watch that I had purchased for my partner . I first was greeted by Samiyah who was absolutely lovely ,really helpful and answered questions I had about a ring I had seen in the shop .Samiyah even found time to make me a cup of coffee ,what a lovley thing to do really fantastic customer service ,friendly kind knowledgable ,listened and a assett to the branch ,amazing !She read up on the watch and had a go at getting it sorted out for me . Aaron another colleague was called in to look at the watch and he had the same one .He spent ages getting it all set and was not worried about how long it took him .Again fantastic customer service friendly kind knowledgeable and a asset to the branch . What a amazing visit .Would highly recommend the branch as its so lovley ,clean and full of beautiful jewellery. The staff mentioned were fabulous and I wanted to let everyone know hiw great they were . Thankyou so very much xxx

Fantastic service today from Indianna. Price matched an on line competitor on a Tag watch and provided excellent personal service. I would really recommend Beaverbrooks in Bracknell to everyone. Thanks.

Had a very disappointing experience with the Bracknell store recently. I went in about 4 weeks ago to enquire about having an expensive engagement ring resized. This ring was purchased from this store about 5 years prior, where my husband had a positive experience with different staff. The first issue was being hugely misquoted (I mean £400 difference in price misquoted ....) by a young and rather inexperienced salesperson in there. From the beginning, her attitude was poor. A lack of communication throughout the process of keeping this very expensive ring, which resulted in them being unable to help complete the service that I went in about anyway. But the worse experience was today, when I went in store to collect the ring and was met by the all young and inexperienced staff again, exchanging looks with eachother when I said I had come back to collect my ring. It was embarrassing that they thought they were being discreet, very playground behaviour. My ring was handed back to me tarnished, an extremely obvious brown substance on it. When I questioned this, one worker said 'well I don't know what it looked like before.' I'm not a jeweller, or a goldsmith, but you could literally see the discolouration immediately. She got out a cloth and started to polish it. The residue started to come off. She said 'oh it's the cleaning solution'. Honestly, why on earth would you hand back a piece of jewellery that had cleaning residue on, it was brown.... No apology, just a quick polish and the ring was handed back. I will not be purchasing any jewellery from this store again as I have no intention of being greeted by young, inexperienced girls, when handing over a very expensive piece of jewellery. Better training in etiquette, manners and salesmanship required....

I purchased a Raymond Weil watch from Beaverbrooks in Bracknell for my wife’s birthday. The watch had been discounted due to a small scratch on the back but was new. My wife was delighted with the watch but, unfortunately, the battery was dead and therefore not working. On returning to the shop to have the problem resolved she was told it couldn’t be replaced and the watch would have to be sent back to Raymond Weil to have the watch repaired with a 4-6 week turnaround. My wife was very disappointed as she was wanting to start wearing her birthday present but there was no alternative resolution offered. While I understand the product was discounted Surely a “reputable” company like Beaverbrooks shouldn’t be selling items, and expensive ones at that, in a not working condition. Very disappointing purchasing experience.

Very good service from all the staff. They all appeared genuinely happy to be working there and it showed by how they dealt with me and the other customers. They were happy and cheerful and very helpful. They did not rush anything and gave full explanations . Well done.

Staff seemed helpful and kind, however sold me a damaged ring and then wouldn’t let me return it as they said it was damaged? As a jewellers you’d expect them to tell their customers if there was an issue with their item. However I was not aware, it was tried on, same day exchange and I was refused any type of refund or exchange as it was claimed marked. Appalling service and I will not be returning.
