    Poor Customer Service, paid and collected a decent Watch for my wife as a Xmas present. Only to find when giving the Watch they had not put the correct time on the Watch. Had to wait until 2nd January for delivery as the Watch had to go head office for correction. Further training needed in this Branch there should be quality checks prior to wrapping and delivering gifts.

    Pina at the Bracknell store went above and beyond to help my brother and I with gifts to our mum. She explained everything didn’t rush us and showed every option available for what we were looking for. Pina was kind helpful professional and more then happy to help. She’s a true credit to the team.

    Dropped by with a basic enquiry regarding potential adjustments on a watch purchased at EJ many moons ago. Treated like an inconvenience. As another reviewer alluded to, was wearing untidy work clothes, got the impression had I been of smart appearance the service might have been different. Pity. Business taken elsewhere.

    i bought a necklace.i'm supposed to the next to be served, but the senior staff decided to served the other 2 customer who arrived after me(maybe i'm just wearing a rip shorts and not a good t-shirt).i felt its a bad customer service, but the younger staff is helpful tho.

    Went to get a link put in my watch which i bought from the store,she asked for proof of purchase,i said our details will be on your system as it was bought from you,she had an attitude with me ,so i walked out,wont be buying from there again,ps i paid £700 for the watch

    Totally appalled by the service we received from staff and supervisor Brandon not accepting return of item in perfect condition with receipts because part of a multiple purchase was paid for with shopping vouchers will not ever shop in that store again and after seeing his professionalism I wouldn’t give him a job sweeping the floor

    Useless waste of time and money. I have to give one star for to enable me to post, but they are not worth even one star. Purchased a watch for £2450 showing in stock. Two days later no email, no nothing. Called them to check status. they claim to have sent an email to me cancelling the purchase. They did not send any email. Money now in limbo. Offered me a £50 voucher which doesn't even scratch the surface of the amount of money I have spent there over the past year or so. Needless to say. I will NOT be spending my money there again.

    Ripped my dad and uncle off! Probably thought they could cause they are elderly. Sold them 2 watches, both end of line. 1st watch listed at £299 and then gave a "managers discretion" discount of £49. Made them feel good but when he came home I had a look and it was listed on their own website for £249!!!!! Available elsewhere for £200. Second watch same sort of thing, gave them a discount and sold for £160. Had a look on watchshop and they have it on for £98!!!! Will pop down and return
