   I have seen Garry several times and have been amazed at the results I’ve seen over such a short space of time. I had a big issue regarding locks and feeling trapped, after the first session I’ve been able to lock all doors where previously I just couldn’t do it! I don’t truly understand how it works, but after years of (failed) CBT, and also other alternative therapies like homeopathy (also didn’t help) I have finally been able to break the cycle which I didn’t think was possible. I can’t recommend Garry highly enough. If you, like me, are at the ‘last chance saloon’ then don’t hesitate in booking in, or if you are noticing a part of your life that perhaps you are struggling with don’t wait like i did, do it now and then start living a happy fulfilled life, You won’t be disappointed.    Came to Garry looking for help with reducing my anxiety and boosting confidence whilst looking for a job, particularly at interviews, and the sessions worked wonders. Got out of it exactly what I was hoping for and Garry was very understanding and put me at ease, top bloke. Had a job interview the day after my first session in which I felt much more relaxed and positive and have just been invited back for a second interview!    I can't thank Garry enough , we were very concerned about our teenage daughter who was struggling with panic attacks and,anxiety. It had got so bad she wasn't eating or sleeping very well and even struggling to get her to school or go out with friends. She is quite shy, but felt comfortable with Garry straight away .shes a very different girl after working with Garry. She out with friends, eating well and even getting into school every day with no more panic attacks. We can't thank Him enough. I would recommend anyone to try hypnotherapy with Garry .
