   Great SUP experience in the lake surrounded by Canadian Geese. Really enjoyed the experience and so did my 10 and 12 year olds. Join their mailing list for flash sales and bring a combination padlock with you too.

   Arrived for the Aqua Park and were told we would have to leave our keys or “something valuable” in exchange for a wet suit we had already paid for in our booking. After stating we were not comfortable with this but would leave a deposit if necessary, the management informed us that they weren’t insured for that, which is concerning in itself. If they aren’t insured then they shouldn’t be asking for belongings. My step children were given their wetsuits with no instructions on which way to put them on, where to change, or where to wait. After getting changed and waiting for 45 mins for a briefing, they were then told they had their wetsuits on wrong, they needed a helmet, and a life jacket, therefore delaying the entry time. The family beach was filthy, no lifeguard, and the management don’t seem to care about the health and safety of their customers. The lifeguards at the aqua park spent most of their time flirting and paying no attention to the swimmers.

   Great place! Our first time there for open water swimming. 3 nice loops up to 1.5km. Crystal clear, 25 celcius water temp, nice swim. A great coffee afterwards, lovely staff and will definitely be going back.

   Great fun with the kids and cracking value. However, at 0945 the facilities were really dirty and the loos didn't have any loo paper. A decent manager would get hold of this place and make it exceptional. No excuse for staff not being given jobs to do when it's quiet like clean the changing rooms out, top up loo paper, remove old dirty glasses from the night before etc. It makes a difference to your experience.

   Fantastic outdoor fun. Paddle boards, water park, beach, open swim and a lot more. Shame the food/drink prices are so bad though. £2 for a can of coke?!??! Take your own. Disgusting. Update: aqua park even bigger and better this year. Staff very safety conscious. Superb.
