Staff knowledgeable and very friendly, especially a lady that went out of her way and helped me a lot (i forgot her name ..Jane i think).Thank you for your kind help and all the information you gave me for puppy food and pets at home app (retriever puppy customer) you know yourself. Very unprofessional attitude from the staff, rang to arrange appointment for my dog to have her nails clipped arrived 10 minutes before the time but a snotty member of staff was too busy chatting to a customer and then had the cheek to say we were late and suggested that we go to the vet instead. Will not be going there again and would not recommend as the staff have an attitude and unpolite.
Gone down hill massively Taken my dog to get nails clipped cannot book online try and call and no answer been down there 3 times and each time told no walk ins today as only 1 person in. Also taken our pet rabbit in for teeth treatment as she had spurs to be called later rabbit may not survive as the vet slipped and court a main artery in the back of the mouth Not good at all
Can you explain why your hamsters are kept in such an unacceptably small cage (a cage not even large enough for one hamster let alone four), and your rabbit looks so neglected? Absolutely unacceptable and will be reporting
Went in to buy some dog wormer today and the guy behind the desk said he was only allowed to sell me the cheap ones on subscription. Normally have no issue going in to but it, he said there was no one in the shop to sell me any today then another member off staff walked past us he asked her if she could help me and she said no she’s going on her break, why work in a customer based environment if your not willing to help the customer. It would of been a 5 minute job and then she could of started her break had to go somewhere else for dog wormer instead. Wouldn’t bother going here again
Several staff members clue less regarding fishes and tanks set up. 3 months after- been given 4 male and 1 female guppy and constantly have breed. Not allowed to bring fish back.... Ornaments after 2 months in the tank started flaking the paint off, again been told that 28 days return doesnt apply as over 2 months and thats regular wear and tear! Paint flaking of in tank regulat wear and tera? Oh come on!
Young lady was informative about buying some fish - realised we hadn’t added the chemicals to our tank before buying fish which would have meant they died - she could have sold us the fish but asked the relevant questions first - will be back to buy a Betta and some shrimps once our chemicals have kicked in! Great service!
I took my cat (Daisy) to the vets to have her claws trimmed and also to have flea ointment put on her . The vet I saw was Rachel … she was brilliant so warm and friendly … she did a great job and was wonderful to my cat. I will certainly return. The Receptionist on duty was Zoe … she was fabulous too so friendly and efficient. I made the booking with another Receptionist who was just as excellent… sadly I didn’t get her name. Decent selection of treats, toys, food, and other pet essentials. Staff are always friendly and helpful - there just often aren't enough of them! The downside is that it's very difficult to get flea and worming products, as only a small number of staff members have access, so they cannot sell them at all when those people aren't on shift.
