I always wanted to have a reptile, and all of the sudden this shop appeared below my flat and that was definitely a sign for me to move on.. The staff is very decent and they do know what they are talking about. I would like to say a massive thank you to a shop owner (his name is Lewis), I've received a personal touch and a full understanding of my needs. He definitely knows a lot and can solve any possible problems you will ever encounter. I've purchased two vivariums, that has been selected particularly for my needs. I'm currently doing a set up with huge support from Lweis and once it comes to the species I want, those will be personally selected.. I'm so proud I have a very decent shop just literally next door! Ordered and paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. Only to receive a message from the courier saying it will arrive 5 days after I ordered. No good really, I'm getting my tortoise at weekend but can't now as I won't have the things I need. Bit disappointed. And I think £7.99 for delivery is extortionate
