    Ordered online and money taken from my card, later that day got an email saying order refunded without any reason why (the items are still showing in stock on the website). Tried calling, but no answer and now just hoping the money comes back to my account!

    Very poor quality product, ordered from these before and was sent very good chicken feet. This order we received what can only be described as budgie feet very poor quality emailed and complained. Ignored. Won't be ordering from these again, just be wary. I won't say don't order from them but I will say maybe check quality if being delivered. Poor customer service as detailed by other reviews.

    You go there with delivery - great, fast unloading and loading, very nice service, a bit tight for HGV but it's ok. I highly recommend
