   I can't thank them enough after my recent visit gave me advise on herbal suppliments and change of diet for my itchy dog who has a bad stomach! After just 2 days of new food and herbal remedy she is actually passing normal poos and hasn't done that in 12 years! Fingers crossed she stays itch free too!!!

   Had a lecture about everything my new puppy is eating and doing and breathing , from a woman in Alfreton town pet shop yesterday , apparently almost everything they actually sell all have cancer producing ingredients in them . Bought some of their natural treats and he was sick for the first time ever so won’t be going in there again it’s safe to say , Seen more supportive customer service to new dog owners in my little toe.

   First visit was good and I knew I would be returning, second visit left me in no doubt... I would rather use Amazon than support this shop. The lady (I use the term loosely) was opinionated to the point of rudeness. Comments she spat were "change your trainer, he wants to hurt your dog", "what are you feeding it" "well that's it, chemicals! you're feeding it chemicals" ... Okay,  but why are you selling these items/products if so against them?? Not what I call a good service.

   My elderly neighbours was refused a refund for a harness from this shop and had to have a credit note, the harness they supplied was totally unsuitable for her to get on her dog as she had to mess about getting his front legs thru it. I have since got her an easy fit harness. Needless to say she won't be shopping there again and neither will i .

   Went in yesterday for a harness for my puppy to stop him pulling on a lead. The lady there was amazing, really knows her stuff and so helpful. We bought the harness she recommended and it fits perfectly and works exactly as she said it would. Cannot believe the instant difference it has made to walking the puppy. Thank you so much
