The service from Potters Pharmacy in Westhill is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are quick to turn around prescriptions and deliver when I am not able to collect. I really appreciate the quality of their service.
The chemist spent time to diagnose my condition and gave me relevant prescription. She was excellent and helpful. Top of the Pops!!

I have been using the pharmacy here for over 10 years. Since taking over from Lloyds, the improvements from Porter have been massive. I hope they can maintain this. The shop layout is reorganised and feels almost as if the shop is larger. There is much more space, it feels more professional and organised as soon as you walk in to the shop. They have a 24-hour facility to collect your prescription - I have only just registered with that, so waiting to try it out. I am not sure if they have more staff than Lloyds had, but the staff appear less stressed and the sounds from the dispensing area seem less stressed or rushed.
What a breath of fresh air it’s been, prompt prescriptions, no queues and products always in stock! Keep up the great work!
