   Didn't even attempt to deliver my dosette box this week, with no communication. Didn't realise until I went to take the meds from the new box, so left without meds for a night. There is a reason my meds are delivered and in a dosette box. It's not acceptable to not bother delivering them, it's not the first time they've not bothered to deliver them either. Edit: I have only just seen your reply. I have just spoken to my dad and he has said you did not say anything about me needing to phone to get them delivered last week. And anyhow you should be communicating directly with me, the patient, not anyone else. Originally you delivered on a Thursday not a wednesday. It was then swapped to a Tuesday. I acknowledge that often I did not answer the door, this was entirely because I am disabled and was asleep. I feel you are blaming me for these issues because I am disabled. I have checked my video doorbell and the door was definitely not tried 3-4 times each Tuesday by yourselves. It was either once or twice at most.

   I would highly recommend Wendy from Porter Pharmacy Arnhall . This morning I had asked for a repeat prescription from my midwife who then passed on the request to the pharmacy but when I called they somehow hadn't received it. Wendy went out the way to speak to staff at the other branch to check if the request was passed onto them which it had, she then arranged to get the necessary paperwork done and even had the medicine delivered to my home the same day as I couldn't collect it myself. Thank you to the Wendy working on 13th Nov 2024 .
