   Got there and the water wasn’t even turned on. Waited about 3 hours on a very hot day for nothing. Disappointed is an understatement.

   When we arrived it wasn't working as it had just finished as it doesn't run all the time. We were a bit worried but waited a bit for it to refill (that's a guess) and then it started. The kids loved it and there are a number of different water jets that turn on and off and keep the kids the guessing. Certainly recommended after its refurbishment that happened fairly recently around the time of this review

   Great for the kids, can get very busy though. Better since the park has been updated so enough to do. No toilet facilities anymore thanks to vandalism but doesn't detract from the fun for children.

   I have not been here in the summer when the splash park is open, so I can only comment on the park and playground. The park is small but lovely. The open gym is good and there's lots of space to kick a ball about. The playground is very basic. Parking is free!

   Great place for the kids to run around. Not sure why it says for over 3's, my daughter is 17 months and she loved it. Plenty of seating around the edge for parents and its in a lovely part shaded spot. There isn't a lot of parking so I guess in the holidays it will be really busy, but definitely will go again on a sunny day. Take a picnic and enjoy an afternoon here.
