   I attended Highfield Vets this week for the first time and I am overwhelmed with how welcoming all of the staff were, and how fantastic the in depth consultation was that I had with Cecile. I can't recommend the practice or Cecile enough, she went above and beyond to explain all the options available to me for my dog, she even juggled some appointments to make space for him to have his blood test without hesitation. The medical advice and care you get here is so genuine and I believe that my dog is in extremely safe hands with such a wonderful team. Thank you all for making what can be a daunting experience so much better and for taking the time to really explain everything so well. I will definitely be staying and couldn't imagine going anywhere else

   We’ve never experienced such genuine care and professionalism as we have with the team at Highfields Vets. They truly go above and beyond for both pets and their owners. The entire team - from the vets and nurses to the reception staff - are outstanding: knowledgeable, compassionate, and always ready to help. They consistently prioritise our dogs’ needs and well-being, offering honest advice and reassurance every time we visit. Even in emergencies, they provide clear guidance and never encourage unnecessary visits, which shows how much integrity and care they have for both animals and their owners - which I have never really experienced before. Vet prices are always a concern in general for every pet owner, so not only Highfields Vets prices are very reasonable, they also offer a Health Plan that’s very affordable, and the unlimited consultations are a huge help. They’re also extremely transparent about their pricing — both on their website and in the detailed estimates they provide before any procedure — which really puts our minds at ease. It’s rare to find a veterinary practice that displays such a comprehensive price list online; most others only include a few generic procedures. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. There have been countless times when the team has put our minds at ease over the troubles our dogs, Bruno and Maple, have gotten themselves into the past year - especially during emergencies. Thank you so much for your compassion and hard work. The world needs more vet team like you guys. Cheers from us and the dogs!

   Went today as my dog required a Rabies Vaccination to move abroad. Very impressed with the practice, nice reception staff who were very helpful, & happy to email me the record of treatment for the Animal Health Certificate (issued by another provider). The vet was very thorough, took her time & interacted well with myself & Meg the Cockerpoo. Pricing was very competitive too. Would certainly recommend. Thanks.

   I cannot praise the wonderful staff here enough. I have a dog who has had a bad experience elsewhere and so is now very scared of going to the vets and becomes very reactive. This is stressful for us to have to watch our normally kind and gentle lab get so wound up. However Lucy and her team are not phased by him. They are calm and professional when he has to go in (- which he finds strange as he wants a reaction!! )and they are letting us desensitise him whenever we can. Dylan is starting to trust Lucy and will get there with the others too I’m sure. Thank you

   Brilliant, caring vets, nurses and reception team. I highly recommend them. They have been so helpful and supportive with all of our pets. Especially after the passing of our beautiful cat Nancy. Cannot recommend them highly enough, not just for their reasonable prices and honesty, but also for all of their care and compassion.

   I couldn’t be happier with how Lucy and the whole team looked after my dog this week. We were supported through each step of my dogs treatment. Even phoning the night vets for an update when I was too upset to do so. We are very grateful for the care that Wally has received and we now have a happy, pain-free dog that is on the mend!    I called highfield vets regarding my daughters rabbit who had been lethargic all day and his ears/top of his head was very cold and he wasn’t eating either. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and asked us to take him almost straight away. We got a nice welcome when we arrived and the vet that saw to my daughters rabbit was just brilliant and advised us Oreo had abdominal pain so gave him an injection to get his gut moving and one to relieve the pain. He was back to his normal self the very next day. I would highly recommend high field vets the service, friendliness and care was second to none.

   We would highly recommend Lucy and her friendly caring team at Highfield Vets. Our own vet was unable to carry out an urgent tooth extraction for our dog for 3 weeks. I telephoned Highfields and was given a same day appointment where Lucy offered to carry out the procedure the very same day. Our little dog has not needed to endure unnecessary suffering by what could have been such a long wait and is now making a quicker recovery. The follow up care is also excellent, and the pricing is open and honest.

   Very happy with this vet. Excellent care of my puppy who recovered so quickly from operation. Good aftercare to check puppy healing and puppy happily returned to visit vet. I met a team of professionals who are approachable and gave me clear answers to my questions.
