They look after our small animals whilst we're away on holiday. Used their services several times and have always felt they have given our pets the best care. We will definitely use them in the future.
To the person who gave 2* because they closed early, are you sure that it wasn't a day when they close early anyway? Being a family comcern, they can do what they like anyway. They can trade in Pokemon stickers if they so choose, and open for only an hour a month. They look after our guinea pigs really well when we're away. Highly recommended. A nice family who serve the community.

Lovely friendly staff but place is always cold and needs a re-vamp
We went and bought a hutch and a couple of Guinea pigs. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a very positive experience. We will definitely return when we need more things for the guinea pigs or any DIY items. They also do boarding for small pets which is a brilliant idea. I highly recommend this store.
Always fantastic service from the guys here. They tend to have pretty much *everything* so they are always well worth a visit - their range of stock is as wide as it is surprising! Key cutting, fruit & veg, tools, hardware, pet supplies, actual pets... It's a great shop and they've been able to help me with countless DIY jobs over the years. Very highly recommended!
