Unfortunatly this place has gone down hill. This used to be the best in the street. But today it was very poor. The lental soup is still very good but the portion is very small. I had the full mixed meat special :( lamb shish was over cooked and very tough, chicken shish also over cooked abd tough, lamb donna old dry meat, chicken wings were tasty but not fully cooked and red meat by the bone :( chips, rice, salad was all fine. Sorry for poor review but you do need to address a few things. The young lady serving was very nice and helpfull.

Absolutely amazing staff, I am homeless, and every time i come with 1 or 2 £ they always have me food. Amazing people, and I wish there was more in this world. The big chain business as Domino, Kfc, or McDonald's they won't give you a portion of fries. Which is very sad to be honest. It's a small family run shop/ restaurant that helps you. Don't give it a miss. Food is excellent and the stuff is out of this world

What an amazing experience. Got welcomed with fresh hot lentils soup. Another surprise when our food came and the portions were big. Not just that, the price is very reasonable and the food is delicious. Service is amazing. Definitely recommended.

mixed shish platter for £15.50, and 4 pieces of kibba for £6.50 on just eat, the food is very nice and authentic, I’ve ordered from here many times now and only issue I’ve ever had was food not being delivered on time but they have been better recently. Would definitely recommend for others to eat here.

This restaurant has lost its charm and I predict its already running under loss and soon would be eaten by its competitors. The chef of the restaurant is highly incompetent, very unwelcoming, potentially unhygienic (this is from our observation and confrontation), has lost his heart for cooking, and is frustrated all the time. Some of the staff members are so rude that you will loose your appetite. We were regular patrons even though the restaurant is mostly empty just because on occasion they served good food. But lately everything is just garbage. I highly recommend not to order from this restaurant and would recommend going to Uni Kebab which serves the best food and has the best service and they deserve all the attention.

This place is Fantastic! Fresh, full of flavour food and decent sized portions. My wife and I ate here and we will be coming back again and again. Thank you for a fantastic sit down lunch. Great service.

Ordered delivery from here twice. The first time was decent. The second time was absolutely terrible. The chicken wings were somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time. The hummus was rancid and tasted almost like paint or old cooking oil. Kebab meats were either OK or pretty dry. It's a shame how badly it's declined in such a short amount of time.

We had lunch there today and it was delicious. The shawarma was the best I had in Southampton. Proper meat instead of processed. Arayees was very tasty too. Home made bread. Complimentary lentil soup to start with was super tasty. Excellent tabbouli, hommous and grilled halloumi. I think the food is very reasonably priced and good value for money. We are definitely going back for more soon!
