   Mr Russell Property Services consistently deliver an outstanding end-of-tenancy clean. I’ve used them for two separate 2-bedroom properties — one in Caversham with Haslams and one in central Reading with Chancellors — and both times the results were exceptional, easily surpassing letting-agent requirements. The team is highly efficient, reliable and flexible. Several cleaners work together on the day, which means the job is completed quickly while maintaining a very high standard throughout. Pricing is always fair and transparent, with no unnecessary extras and completely honest invoicing. A first-class service.    Mr Russell Martin overcharged for a deep clean, after I vacated my premises in Reading. £595 for picking up some empty packages, a left over bottle of ketchup, and some bottles under a sink. This company, if unsupervised, will fabricate prices and you’ll be left indigent. Previous due diligence on Russell Martin has yielded some voluntary liquidations, businesses set up remotely in Thailand. These are all factually located on Russell Martin’s LinkedIn and Companies House profiles. The financials for Mr Russell Ltd, filed in 2024, also lead a lot to be desired. Please check before you do business with Russell Martin and Mr Russell Ltd. As an addendum: we checked the property that Mr Russell Ltd, and his associate, Annie, was supposed to clean: there has been nobody in attendance on the second day of cleaning. Neighbours opposite have also confirmed this, so it would thus appear that Russell Martin, Annie, and all at Mr Russell Ltd appear to have a different relationship to facts. Thirdly, Russell Martin appears to have a symbiotic relationship with letting agents, estate agents, whereas he should not. All I ask is that these bodies do their due diligence on Mr Martin and his businesses; be wary of this man, and block his fraudulent actions. Mr Russell Ltd has now come out with standard defamation and “Going To The Police” threats. I’m sorry, but an initial quote of £160 and a skyrocket of £595 has brought the facts to be highlighted against Russell Martin and Mr Russell Ltd. Has anybody really been sued by Russell Martin & Mr Russell Ltd, or is it just bluster, waffle? I’ve also not had the police knock on my door: again, bluster from a puffed-up cleaner.

   Fast efficient and effective removals at such short notice of furniture from our flat which we couldn’t complete sale on until the property was emptied.    I somehow agree to one of the reviews. I was quoted a different price in the beginning and at the time of checkout the actual price was already double. End of tenancy is usually tricky and I booked them well in advance. I was left with no other option to agree with the doubled price as I had to checkout a day after and I don’t think anyone would be ready to take up the job so late. I was given a reason that the property is extremely dirty and hence double the price. It is end of tenancy cleaning, I was never going to leave the property clean and then book end of tenancy cleaning. That’s the purpose. In terms of payment method as well, they only take up bank transfer. So please be aware of it. I went ahead with them as it was recommended by my rental agency but I won’t recommend them to anyone else specially when there are a lot of other legit and better options in the market available.

   This guy is running an absolute racket. He only offers 'rough' quotes and then bumps up the price after the job has been done. Apparently my end of tenancy clean took longer than he'd thought, even though he'd seen a full floorplan of my house and lots of photos before quoting. What a wonderful incentive for his staff to work slowly! When the cleaners turned up there was no suggestion it was a bigger job than they'd thought it would be. I asked him if my house was somehow more dirty than average (it definitely wasn't) but no response, just told me to pay the bill. To top it all off, their cleaning failed the end of tenancy check!
