The surgery was brilliant until going into this silly Southampton Sea City partnership. I was always lucky enough to get and see someone about any issues. I have had an ongoing issue now that has worsened and made contact to be seen again its been almost 3 weeks since I was promised an appointment and I have heard nothing. I have made contact to follow this up with no luck. I will not be wasting the time of A&E or the urgent treatment centre as I have spoken to 111 who have said I just need to be seen by my GP and some referrals need to be made. I will moving surgeries if things do not improve or go back to how they used to be

Wasn't happy with last appointment. The lady who saw me seemed half asleep / hungover. When examining my ears I made it clear when she was poking in my ears it was becoming painful due to how far she was probing. She then continued to do the same thing a number of times.

Phoned practice on a busy Monday morning long queue so chose to be phoned back to save time. Received a phone back in 20mins from polite and helpful staff member. Offered appropriate appointment in 4 days with a Nurse Practitioner. Very satisfied with service.

For years I have been trying to heal my head was told it was eczema for years then the surgery brought in a paramedic Kelly McLeod who knew immediately it was psoriasis within weeks I'm all clear I can't that her enough. We need more people like her in the NHS.

The worst experience ever with this GP staff, the one who is answering the phone she doesn't care about the patient at all I have been calling this GP for a month now, and every time she refuses to book me an appointment. I'm so unhappy with this horrible service. GP Manager or the NHS has to do something ASAP. She is so rude and careless. I am so disappointed :(

Horrible treatment. Very unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for an appointment for months with serious issues and when I came there she kept me standing up, asked me irrelevant questions and then I left… she wasn’t treating me professionally or anything close to decent.. I’m paying taxes for nothing, besides I have to pay a private specialist as they are incapable of providing the services they gets paid for.

Wish there was a 0* option. Can never get an appointment and when you call up its like speaking to the mafia! I spoke to the RUDEST receptionist ever last week! I'm surprised she's not been sacked after all the reviews on here. "It's the NHS, darlin' what do you expect?!" Is her disgusting reply when she won't give you an appointment and slams down the phone on you!! Disgusting!!!!

I called this morning and spoke to Jade about a prescription query and she told me all the information I needed and what she was going to do, which meant speaking with the doctor. Happy with everything she told me this morning, I then received a call back from Jade saying that she had done everything she needed to do and gave me a bit of advice about future repeat prescriptions. Thank you

I thought I’m the only one having a bad experience with this surgery, but unfortunately I’m not. I haven’t been able to make face to face appointment with GP for a few years.Very rude receptionists who lack compassion, empathy and kindness required if you want to work in a healthcare. Many times they made me cry, feeling worthless after talking with them on the phone. On the other side there are great doctors like dr Tongue who is not only an amazing specialist but also an empathetic and respectful human being.

Complete waste of time. They initially ignored a referral letter from my podiatrist for a blood test back in September. My symptoms had alleviated since then. Unfortunately I had another reoccurrence a month later (November), tried to call for a blood test, told to do an e-consult. Received a text message asking for more details, replied to the text, doesn’t send. Called the surgery back, have to fill out another e-consult form. Bloody ridiculous. Asked if I can speak to a GP, as i’ve been immobile for two weeks now, was told I have to call up again in the morning. Literally going round in circles, absolute joke.
