    Absolutely amazing cattery – highly recommended! I left my cat here for two weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. She came back so happy, healthy, and clearly very well looked after. The staff are incredibly kind and professional – they genuinely care about the animals. I had to extend her stay last minute and they were so accommodating and understanding, which really helped me out. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to leave my cat. They are the best there is, and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind while they’re away!

    Brilliant cattery, I cannot recommend them enough. My cat is quite anxious and can find it hard to settle in new places. However, Socks seemed to settle in almost immediately and has come home very relaxed and happy. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

    I cam honestly say this is the most caring cattery I no and how all the staff bond with so many cats when we put our cat into ideal cats boarding and he goes in happy and he comes back happy and the feed back we give from the bottoms of our hearts your the best and our cat is very timid will run and go to his quiet places if he hears loud noises but once he's had that time he's perfect xx❤️xx

    Ideal Cat Boarding - very adept name! We were going on holiday in September (first holiday since 2019). We booked to have our beloved ginger tom cat stay here. On the day of our flight we turned up with a sturdy cat carrier (or so we thought...) handed our beloved Chester over to the fabulous lady @ ICB (Ideal Cat Boarding) and off we went back home to catch the taxi and get to the airport....worst nightmare ensued....he went crazy, full on berserk to escape the cat carrier ( I've seen the videos and Chester coupled with the rubbish cat carrier got out). Our taxi to the airport was in 10 mins. The Cat Lady (TCL) said leave it with me and we'll sort it. So I did. I can't even begin to express the resilience and insurmountable effort she put in to get out beloved Chester back. We got him back (hell, yesses!:-))....7 weeks to the day, this Saturday, and it was all down to her :-) my advice is buy a top loading, wire, secure Cat carrier and don't even think to lodge your beautiful, beloved Cat with anyone else. I have never met a more resilient, knowledgeable, lover of Cats then this wonderful, wonderful Lady. Kudos to you Ginny xxx
