Archie and Ben two grumpy 16 year Papillons stayed with you for 10 days. They were well looked after I think a bit pampered, even had a bath. Thank you for the tip about feeding them! We will carry it on. Thank you for having our dogs for us. Will definitely be returning.
The woman who ran this place was nice, and the facilities were okay- if a little dated. When we arrived, we were shown to a cat pen to the rear, so she wouldn’t hear the dogs too much. My problem is they did not follow feeding instructions. My cat stayed for 5 days, and because she has a very sensitive stomach we took food from home. I counted out 5 cans, and put in a bag of dry. When I collected her she had 3 cans left, so i don’t know what she was fed when. I don’t like giving low reviews, but I wouldn’t go back.

Ruby has stayed at Royston Fields many times for over 10 years. She can be a difficult dog a times, but Paula looks after her superbly and we have 100 percent confidence when leaving Ruby there. I can not recommend the kennels highly enough, Paula really does love the dogs that stay with.
We gave been taking our dogs to these kennels for many years and are extremely happy with the service and cleanliness of them. Paula the owner loves the dogs and I know they are being lovingly cared for. I even text her while we are away and she always reasures me everything is fine. Would fully recommend
