They sent the wrong size router sled and I was told It was my fault and I would have to pay to send it back and pay more for the correct size. Terrible customer service avoid this company.
When I was ordering the product I was assured it would be delivered on Tuesday 2nd December. The package was not dispatched until Tuesday evening. Royal Mail had advised it will be delivered on Friday. Very disappointing.
As suspected I checked companies house, run by a kid. Tracking didn't work. Sent the wrong bag then no apology just an email with return label attached.
Sun mountain zero g hip belt arrived in good time cosidering it had to go through customs and in great condition. Don't know why more North Americans don't use this belt to carry clubs. Thanks
Great company, needed delivery within 3 days and it was a bank Holiday, great communication from the store, arrived in time. Golf cart is excellent, son really happy with birthday present.
